iResizer is an interesting graphics tool that can resize and rescale your digital photographs without distorting its content or selected parts of it. It can also remove unwanted objects and persons from your images and change the space between objects with the minimum distortion possible or none at all.
You can use iResizer simply to change the dimensions of your photographs between 4:3 and 16:9 or to a custom size, but this is not what makes iResizer such an interesting tool. It is the possibility of removing sections, persons, and objects easily and effectively what makes this utility stand out from other resizing tools.
The process has been designed to be as simple and easy to use as possible, and I have to admit that they have succeeded. You can select – using the green marker – those sections that you want to remain untouched when stretching or shrinking an image, and select – using the red marker – those objects or persons that you would like to leave out in the new image. This is all it takes. The next step is simply to decide on the size of the resulting image – 4:3, 16:9, or a custom size. (For best results, let the program determine the right custom size for the new image whenever you wish to remove an object or a person from a photograph.)
All three functions usually produce excellent results, subject to the quality and the level of detail of the original image.
